About Us

Hi - I'm Josh Hlad, owner of E-Z Flo Painting Inc. which was established in 1986 by my father, Terry Hlad, and is now a second-generation company. Dad started the company with a borrowed paint sprayer to paint a house which led to him purchasing his own equipment to proceed to barns and eventually transitioning into commercial buildings. After 10 successful years, he ventured into parking lot maintenance and purchased a used parking lot sprayer and began his journey into parking lot striping, crack filling and seal coating. Dad grew the company from one paint sprayer to a fleet of more than 100 pieces of equipment including trucks, trailers, sprayers, stripers, riders, power washers, air compressors, etc.

I have been involved in E-Z Flo Painting Inc. since 2001. Dad and I worked alongside each other for 15 years until his passing in October 2016 after a long battle with cancer. We have expanded from local barns and commercial buildings to malls, big box stores, strip centers, parking garages, restaurants, and individual businesses. While dedicated to our local roots, we also expanded our service area to include Ohio, West Virginia, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Kentucky.

Although the man that started this business is no longer with us, I learned from him many things, including hard work, honesty, follow thru, and customer service, that I intend to carry on to the fullest and plan to develop and grow what we have been working on for years.
